Please tell us about the cutting edge infrastructure and latest Technology that is being used in your factory?

Dharmaj Technologies has cutting-edge infrastructure in its factory to enable highest quality production and manufacturing. We have world-class VMC and CNC machines that are used to develop precise mechanical parts for any machine. Dharmaj boasts of the best Assembly line, Quality testing, and Product testing team equipped with the latest technical equipment. The company has also imported world-class components for manufacturing machines like Optical components with high precision & excellent long-life quality, computers and accessories, selection of high-grade materials like stainless steel, galvanized, and Mild Steel, Copper, and damaged threshold coating material is used to make a Hermetically Sealed Resonator which is used to protect from environmental effects and provide long life to the machine. Dharmaj technologies uses the latest cutting-edge AI technology and Robotic Automation to provide breakthrough solutions in the Diamond Industry.

Tell us about the highly skilled resource who are employed in your factory and how they help create the best of Diamonds?

Dharmaj has a highly skilled and qualified team in our Research and Development department, a specialised software development team, an electronic & electrical department, laser laboratory. R&D and Software team members are well-equipped & dedicated to developing machine design, computing databases, and developing user-friendly software. The R&D team is aggressively working to develop and provides a breakthrough solution to the Diamond Industry. Dharmaj believes every client is our partner and after the sale of the machine we provide the best service to the client, and our service engineer is well qualified and trained.

What is your expansion plan in terms of factories and offices in India and abroad for the year 2023?

Dharmaj has offices in Indian cities like (HQ) Surat, Mumbai, Bhavnagar, Botad, which is a small towns of Saurashtra and offices abroad such as Botswana and we also export our machinery to countries like South Africa, China and Portugal.

What are your company's initiatives for a sustainable future?

Dharmaj produces machinery that uses electricity to operate but our machines are eco-friendly because we have introduced Laser Fiber machines and Polishing machines that require less electricity compared to other laser and conventional polishing machines. The R&D team continuously works and develops unique machine designs that will consume less electricity, occupy less space, yield maximum production and have a long life. Tell us something about “Vajramani” the cutting edge Tech product from the house of Dharmaj?

We are glad to introduce “Vajramani” a state-of-the-art and proficient Tech product for polishing Lab Grown Diamonds especially for big size diamonds. It is an ideal blocking machine which can give 8/16 fine facets, symmetrical & asymmetrical facets on top, bottom & girdle as well and in fact can go beyond 90% blocking on the diamond. Vajramani is a machine that is very efficient in cutting, easy to operate and thus the per-carat cutting cost and operating cost is much less. Any single operator can operate multiple machines and its maintenance is easy as compared to normal polishing benches. The machine prolonged metal scaife does not require lapping or grinding at all. Vajramani processes fancy diamonds blocking facet by following the Azimuth angle. It is the only diamond polishing machine that can conduct versatile processes like top, girdle, table or bottom in a single dop.
